Deleting your Convigo account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Convigo account, whether you use the mobile app or Convigo. It remains accessible if you no longer have access to the applications.
From the Convigo mobile app
You can delete your account directly from the Convigo mobile app (Android / iOS) by going to Settings → Delete my account.
Deletion triggers the erasure of the personal data associated with your account, except for data that we are required to retain for legal obligations (billing, security, compliance).
From Convigo (web version)
If you use Convigo on the web, you can delete your account via Account settings → Delete my account.
As on mobile, deletion leads to the erasure of the personal data linked to the account, except for data retained to comply with our legal obligations (billing, security, compliance).
If you no longer have access to the applications
If you can no longer log in to either Convigo Mobile or Convigo, you can request the manual deletion of your account by email.
Send a message to support@convigo.fr from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Deletion of my account”.
This request allows us to verify your identity and initiate the deletion of your account if you no longer have access to the applications.
Processing times
Your deletion request is processed within a reasonable time, with a maximum of 30 days to finalize the erasure of your account and the associated personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
